WebCatalogue is the platform trade name. Legal name, registered office, tax number, commercial registration and share capital remain to be confirmed. The operator is responsible for the platform functions it controls. Each customer remains responsible for its catalogues, products, claims, connected stores and relationship with its own customers. Corporate details must be completed before final approval.

The brand, interface, software and original materials are protected. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners. WebCatalogue supervises providers it appoints directly and measures under its control. It does not pre-review all customer content; customers remain responsible for publication rights, accuracy, consumer information and responding to properly founded notices.
Applicable law, jurisdiction and alternative dispute resolution details will be confirmed in the final contractual terms. Subscription does not transfer WebCatalogue software, branding or interface rights. Third-party platform marks remain owned by their respective holders and are shown only to identify compatibility, without implied sponsorship or affiliation.
