1. Purpose and scope
These terms apply to 3D models, AR and VR experiences, images, documents and other digital assets made available through WebCatalogue. They supplement the general terms, the selected plan and any specific order. A subscription provides access to platform capabilities; it does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying files, software or intellectual property. Where an order contains different written conditions, those specific conditions prevail only for that order.
2. Customer-supplied content
The customer retains rights it already holds in photographs, product information, trademarks and assets supplied to the platform. By uploading content, the customer confirms that it owns the relevant rights or has sufficient permission to use, process and publish it for the requested purpose. The customer authorises WebCatalogue and necessary service providers to process that material to operate the service. WebCatalogue may suspend material when a credible rights complaint or legal risk is identified.
3. Assets created through WebCatalogue
When automatic or assisted 3D creation is ordered, the customer purchases a creation service and receives a licence to use the approved asset within the agreed WebCatalogue environment. The customer does not receive ownership of the generated file merely because it paid for creation. Unless an order expressly states otherwise, the asset is non-exclusive and WebCatalogue retains the file and the rights required to host, adapt, optimise, secure and deliver it. Automatic results remain subject to technical and visual validation.
4. Licence granted to the customer
The licence is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and tied to an active account, the subscribed capacity and the authorised domains or integrations. It permits display through WebCatalogue viewers, modules and APIs for the customer’s catalogue and registered stores. It does not permit resale, sublicensing, distribution of source files, extraction, reverse engineering or use on unrelated platforms. Additional domains, brands, channels or purposes may require an expanded licence or plan.
5. Duration, access and termination
The right to display hosted assets normally remains valid while the relevant subscription and licence are active and payments are current. Expiry, cancellation, abuse, a substantiated rights complaint or breach may lead to access restriction or removal. Cached, embedded or previously delivered resources do not create a perpetual licence and must stop rendering when authorisation expires. Mandatory consumer or contractual rights remain unaffected where applicable.
6. Intellectual-property complaints
A rights holder may send a substantiated notice identifying the protected work, disputed asset, ownership basis and requested action. WebCatalogue may temporarily disable access while reviewing the notice and may ask the customer for evidence of authorisation. Content may be restored, restricted or removed according to the available evidence and applicable law. Fraudulent or knowingly unauthorised submissions may result in suspension and responsibility under the contract and applicable law.
7. Platform and third-party rights
WebCatalogue retains all rights in its software, interfaces, viewers, workflows, documentation, branding and security mechanisms. Third-party tools, generation services, fonts, libraries and commerce platforms remain subject to their owners’ terms. Compatibility does not imply endorsement, ownership or affiliation. Nothing in these terms grants rights beyond those expressly described in the applicable licence, order or mandatory law.
8. Orders and acceptance
Before a paid creation request is confirmed, the applicable price, scope, licence, authorised use and relevant limitations must be shown to the customer. Acceptance may be recorded with the user, date, version and order details and retained in a durable format. The final commercial version of these terms should be reviewed against the confirmed operating entity, customer type and applicable jurisdiction before launch.
